Terms of Service

These are the terms for using humandesignreading.ai. They are written plainly on purpose. If something here is unclear, email hello@humandesignhd.com and we will explain it.

What we provide

We calculate Human Design charts and produce personalized readings from them. The free chart calculator is available to anyone. The Complete Human Design Reading is a paid product that includes a written reading, audio recordings, a Self-Discovery Notebook, a Companion Workbook, guided meditations, and access to an AI guide through a private dashboard.

What you are buying

One payment for the Complete Human Design Reading. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. Your reading and everything included with it remain available in your dashboard for as long as the service operates. If we ever had to close the service, we would give customers notice and a way to download what they own.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Accuracy, and what we will do

Your chart is calculated by the BodyGraph Chart engine, the same calculation used across the Human Design world, from the birth details you provide. If the details you enter are wrong, the chart will be wrong, and we will regenerate it for you at no cost once you have the correct information.

If anything in your reading does not match your chart, we will correct it. Email us and we will fix it.

What this is not

Human Design is a framework for self-reflection. Your reading is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a prediction of your future. It is not a substitute for professional care of any kind. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please speak to a qualified professional.

Decisions you make after reading remain your own.

How your reading is written

Your chart is calculated mathematically from astronomical data. The written reading is generated by AI working from that chart, and it is checked against your real type, authority, centers, and gates before you see it. AI writing can occasionally phrase something imprecisely. Where the reading and your chart disagree, your chart is correct, and we will fix the reading.

Your account and your content

Your reading is yours. You may read it, download it, print it, and share it with people you choose. Please do not resell it, republish it publicly as your own, or use it to build a competing product.

You are responsible for the email address you sign in with. Access to your dashboard is by a code sent to that address, so keep access to it.

Acceptable use

Use the service as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt it, extract data at scale, misuse the AI guide, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend access where this happens.

Age

This service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to buy a reading or create an account. A parent or guardian may generate a chart for a child if they choose to.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Parts of it depend on other companies, including our chart calculation and payment providers. Where an outage prevents you from receiving something you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for decisions you take, for outcomes in your life, or for indirect losses. This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and where a change is significant we will tell customers by email rather than quietly editing this page.
