Is this a subscription?
No. Your Complete Reading is one payment of $99, nothing recurs, and nothing in your dashboard expires or gets taken back. And buying now locks that in for good: if we ever move new features to a subscription down the road, your reading grandfathers you in, and everything included with it today stays yours for life at no new charge.
What do I need to give you?
Your date of birth, your birth time and your birth city, plus an email address so your reading has somewhere to live. Your birth details are stored securely so your reading stays yours. We never sell or share them.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?
The time matters, because a couple of hours can change your profile and sometimes your type. A birth certificate is the usual place to find it. If your town is not in our list, any nearby city in the same timezone gives the same chart.
Can I see anything before I pay?
Yes. Your chart is calculated and your reading is written before the payment screen appears, so your real bodygraph and your real type, authority and profile are on the screen while you decide. The free chart calculator is also there, with no account and no payment at all.
What if something in my reading is wrong?
Tell us and we will correct it. The chart itself is calculated rather than generated, and a deterministic pass checks the writing against that chart, but if anything in your reading does not match your chart, we will correct it.
Can I buy readings for other people?
Yes, and they sit in the same dashboard rather than in separate accounts. Readings must be tied to the same email address, and you can invite other email addresses in to view them. Jessica can then answer questions across all of those charts without you buying a Compatibility reading.
Can I keep a copy off the website?
Yes. Your reading, your Self-Discovery Notebook, your Companion Workbook and both recordings all download from the Downloads tab in your dashboard, and every one of them prints. Nothing is locked to the browser.
Can I write in the workbooks and print them?
Yes. You fill a workbook in on the screen, it keeps what you wrote, and printing it puts your own answers on the page. The Companion Workbook that walks you through your reading works the same way.
Is the masterclass extra?
No. The 24 lesson masterclass, the workbook library and the guided meditations are all part of the same $99, along with the reading, both recordings and the Self-Discovery Notebook. Nothing in the dashboard is drip fed or unlocked later for more money.
How much is a Compatibility Reading?
$49, and your first one is included once you have two or more individual readings on your account. It pairs any two readings you hold, a partner, a friend, a family member, and it lives in the same dashboard as everything else.
How much is a Family Dynamics Reading?
Nothing on its own. It is included, at any size from two to four people, once every person in it has an individual reading on your account. It reads the household as one chart, then each person, then every pair, and it lives in the same dashboard as everything else.
